1.Will we have a single event or a private booking or will someone else also have a booking at the same time?
We take up only single event booking. Once you have booked a specific date and time slot, no other booking for the same slot would be taken up on the alternate lawn. It's an exclusive booking.
2. Is there a closed hall? And how many people can be accommodated in it?
We have a mini hall inside the villa for small gatherings of 60-70 pax. For bigger gatherings, the open lawn with Arabian or German tents could be used, to transform it to a covered space.
3. Is the dining area open or a closed space?
The dining area is an open lawn, should you wish for it to be covered, we could use Arabian tents to cover the same.
4. What are the timings for visit? Can we walk in or need an appointment?
The timings for visit are 8 am to 8:30 pm on all days and guests can walk in without a prior appointment.
Manager available timings - 10 am to 7 pm. Before and after hours i.e, 8 am-10 pm and 7pm-8:30 pm, our caretaker is available to show the space.

5. What to do if it rains? Are there water logging issues?
Based on weather reports, 1-2 days prior, Arabian tents can be booked during off season. During monsoons we provide a rental package inclusive of Arabian tents. We don't have water logging issues and events can run smoothly when tents are placed in apt manner.
6. How many rooms or people can be accommodated? What to do if we have many outstation guests ?
We have 4 rooms inside the villa and we provide additional bedding sets for 10 guests, accommodating upto 20 guests in the villa.
In case of extra rooms, there is accommodation within a kilometre radius where rooms could be booked, we will share the contact details with you in case of requirement.
7. How many people can be accommodated on the lawn?
We have 2 lawns, a 500-700 pax capacity which comes with a separate mini dining lawn of 100 pax and the bigger lawn with a 1000-2000 pax capacity.
8. How many cars can be parked? Is there a valet service?
We have parking space within our premises to accommodate 100-200 cars. We don’t provide valet service as an inclusion in our package, however we can have valet drivers arranged should the client need.
9. Do you allow outside decor and outside catering?
Yes, we welcome outside decorators and caterers. Should you need recommendations we are happy to share them as well.
10. What’s your package? Are there any hidden charges?
Our rental package includes amenities and packages which vary as per the chosen space (lawn/poolside/villa). We request you to get in touch with us via call / whatsapp on +91 7358488299 for a detailed package with pricing.
We don’t have any hidden charges. A terms & conditions sheet will be shared with you with all the details related to the booking.
11. Is the swimming pool allowed for use during events? How deep is the swimming pool? Can we have a pool side party?
The swimming pool is allowed for use during events and it is 5 feet deep. We host pool side parties and pool theme parties/foam parties as well.
12. Will the rest rooms be clean / a person be available for housekeeping ?
The rest rooms are cleaned regularly and before every booking. The housekeeping staff will be available on site should you need any further assistance.
13. Will it be too hot in the evenings / summers ?
Evenings are generally pleasant as it’s a huge expanse of space, summers are comparatively warmer than other months, we provide sufficient air coolers to combat the warmth. Additionally, should the client need, Portable AC’s could be arranged.
14. Are you open for negotiations ?
We offer our clients best packages with value, however we are open for slight negotiations.
15. Is DJ allowed?
DJ and loud music is allowed upto 10 pm as per government guidelines, after which only soft music can be played since we also have residences nearby.
16. Can we host a sangeet/ haldi/ baby shower/ birthday party/ bridal showers / corporate get together / team outings here?
Yes, we host all kinds of events, be it Haldi, Mehandi, Sangeet, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday party and Corporate team get togethers. We are like a canvas ready to be converted to your dream event.
17. Where is Anand farms located ?
We are located near Ambattur and Vanagaram, also close to Anna Nagar and Avadi. This is our google location link 13° 5' 15.2862" N 80° 3' 20.7641" E
18. Is this your only property?
Yes, we have only Anand Farms Chennai as our venue and other venues by the same name in other cities do not belong to us.
19. Do you give the place for ad shoots/ web series shoots ?
Yes we give our space for all shoots including movie shoots, ad shoots, web series shoot, festival shoots etc;
20. Is this Kaithi house? Is this the place where celebrities also celebrate?
Yes we are sometimes referred to as Kaithi House as the iconic biriyani scene from Karthi starrer Kaithi movie was shot here. Suriya sir also shot parts of Kanguva at our space. Celebrities like Pugazh have celebrated birthday parties at our venue.
We are also a sought after space by many of our favourite Chennai influencers.
21. What is a security deposit?
A security deposit is a returnable amount we require the client to pay before the event from which electricity charges, and in case any damage or loss of property’s belongings take place, amount will be reimbursed and balance would be returned.
